In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in managing large scale commercial banking transformation projects, designing target operating models for front, middle, and back office commercial lending functions and/or significant experience working in commercial banking credit or operations functions.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in commercial banking transformation, and success contributing to or managing specific work streams that involve the following areas:

+ Having experience with end to end Commercial Banking transformation and familiarity with Commercial Banking operating model optimization frameworks (people, process, technology);

+ Possessing experience with Commercial Banking process review and optimization;

+ Possessing experience developing business cases to support large-scale transformation;

+ Having experience with vendor selection process including drafting RFI/RFPs, developing use cases, and assessing / scoring vendors;

+ Having working knowledge of Commercial Banking products;

+ Having working knowledge of Commercial Banking life cycle including sales and marketing, lending, and operations;

+ Possessing working knowledge of different Commercial Banking lines of business;

+ Possessing working knowledge of Commercial Banking organizational structure;

+ Having working knowledge of Commercial Banking systems and technology (e.g., sales tracking, risk rating, spreading tools, loan origination, servicing);

+ Having working knowledge of the credit origination process, including underwriting, collateral due diligence, document preparation, booking, funding, and on-going servicing; and,

+ Possessing working knowledge of operations and administration of Financial Services businesses.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in working collaboratively and independently to address client needs by:

+ Participating in client discussions and meetings actively;

+ Communicating a broad range of offered consulting services;

+ Managing workstream(s) or small team engagements;

+ Preparing concise, accurate documents, including utilizing PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients; and,

+ Maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues.

+ Monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations;
