The food and beverage outlet assistant manager is responsible for supervising an F&B Outlet designated to this role and the overall daily management of a designated shift. They support, administer, and manage operational goals and monitor the achievement of performance and profit objectives.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create effective and efficient schedules, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives and achieving guest satisfaction

- Responsible for assisting in the budget process for the department and provide recommendations; ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reporting budget concerns to manager

- Responsible for the overall achievement of department customer service goals.

- Knowledge of and enforcement of all gaming laws and regulations which apply to the functions and duties of the Food & Beverage Department for which this position is responsible

- Assists in the maintenance and development of procedures for food service and inspects menu items for maximum customer satisfaction

- Assists F&B Outlet Manager to ensure efficient sanitary and pleasant service for all guests

- Assists in maintaining in maintaining cost control methods and procedures by monitoring consistent pars and inventory

- Asist Food & Beverage Manager with administrative duties, as assigned

- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Must be 21 years of age

- Associates degree (A.A) in related field; two years of Food and Beverage experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Minimum two years previous supervisory experience required

- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner

- Ability to write reports and business correspondence

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. ?Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate

- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
