We provide technical assistance services to US Civilian Federal Agencies and their partners, such as Health and Human Services, the Food and Drug Administration, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) ; at ICF, we are fearless in finding new ways to solve problems, relentless in making sure it pays off for our clients and committed to making a positive change in the world. General Description We are looking for a Data Solutions Architect capable of defining?strategy and driving technology solutions for Public Sector customers in the data analytics and emerging technologies space .? You will be responsible for helping government clients plan, manage and execute their most complex digital transformation programs.? Key Responsibilities: You’ll integrate different domain applications and data in ways that enhance our client’s current environments and helps push them forward to next-generation capabilities.? This will include helping them modernize, build, and support reporting, data integration , and data science environments in cloud or hybrid environments. You will leverage your strong technical background to understand our client’s data challenges and how to meet them head-on using transformative data and analytics solutions. You will apply big data analytics in a coordinated, cohesive manner to help clients solve business use cases they could not previously address. You will work with growth and implementation teams from opportunity identification to deal closure, providing your expertise to successfully design and deploy data and analytics solutions to drive digital transformation efforts for our clients.? You will also provide mentorship and guidance to other data analytics professionals within the company. Responsible for working with senior customer leadership in the development of overall data vision, roadmap, and implementation strategy

+ Create cloud data models and database architecture using database deployment, monitoring automation code, and for long-term technical viability of cloud master data management integrated repositories.

+ Develop long-term partnerships with customers and vendors and contribute to developing their strategic business plans by understanding the future direction of their organization, the industry, and the customer’s business.

+ Support solutioning sessions to flush out data solutions, level of effort estimates , and solution development approaches

+ Support technical content for a request for proposal responses, including writing proposals, developing proof of concepts , and presenting technical ideas to a wide range of audiences, including senior and C-Suite executives.

+ Contribute to the adoption of best practices, including standards, methodology , and metrics in preparing architecture deliverables .

+ Be comfortable creating rapidly delivered prototypes that speed up client approvals.

+ Work closely with the stakeholder groups to translate business use cases to specific solution architecture design, including assisting with planning the implementation timelines , looping back to address subsequent questions, and confirming implementation guidelines are followed.

+ Contribute to assessing customers’ current state architecture and provide recommendations on future state architecture and implementation roadmap.

+ Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market offerings relevant to our client’s objectives.

Required Skills Include:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

+ 1-3 years of Application Development and deployment experience

+ 1 + years of e xperience with creating Data Dependency, Data Structures , and Data Access controls

+ 1 + years of experience with integrating various Data ingress points, data ingestion , and Data Quality

+ 1 + years of experience using the Azure/AWS native cloud services for data

+ 1 + years of e xperience in Data Backup & Data migration strategy

+ US Citizenship or Green Card required due to federal contract requirements

+ Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

+ MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) , and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply

Pay Range – There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is :

$62,113.00 – $105,593.00
