Job Responsibilities:
+ Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements andnew products including cloud-based or internet-related tools for highly strategic and complex/high riskundertakings.Plays a leading role in new software design and development.
+ Writes code that establishes coding specifications, typically for software programs and systems thathave no precedent .Leads in developing the technical “vision” and design specifications for assigned projects and oversees implementation.
+ Develops, or may lead in developing, technical / business approaches and new or enhanced technicaltools.
+ Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements andnew products including cloud-based or internet-related tools for highly strategic and complex/high riskundertakings
+ Owns the development and rollout for an entire product, or large project. Champions process (Scrum,TDD, etc). Writes tech specs and identifies risks before starting major projects. Sets standards. Goes outof their way to reduce complexity. As needed, takes on additional “tech lead” responsibilities for drivingan initiative to completion.
+ Use technical experitise in software design, architecture and software and system interrelationships.
+ Interacts with internal and external peers and management to share highly complex information /solutions related to areas of expertise and/or to gain acceptance of new or enhanced technology /business solutions.
+ May lead teams / projects.

External Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree and at least 6 years of experience in Engineering, Software Engineering or similar OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 9 years of experience in Engineering, Software Engineering or similar.
+ Experience writing code for highly complex and strategic applications of major importance
+ Experience in algorithms, systems, architecture and bits-and-bytes
+ Experience with programming languages, such as C, C++; UNIX and/or NT systems; web design; HTML,XML, Perl and/or Java.
+ At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
+ At least 3 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
+ Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology
+ 7+ years of leading all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM cloud implementations.
+ 7+ years of hands-on delivery of PCF controls
+ 7+ years of hands-on delivery of Cloud Architecture and Programming
+ 5+ years of directing the work efforts of skilled engineers in an Agile scrum environment..
+ This role is responsible for end-to-end software engineering delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365, a niche market skillset. In addition, this role will lead and help build the Dynamics 365 engineering community of practice, including hiring of top engineers and creating technical standards and best practices.
An employee in this position can expect a salary/hourly rate between $124,260 and $244,750 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable.
