What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Participating or leading internal and externalmeetings,includingattendance at national oncology-hematologyconferences

+ Management,development,reviewandmaintenance of clinical and health planpolicies,workflows,jobaids,drugpricingandcostswithanalysis,clinicalrulesandLevel 1 andLevel 2 pathways, case review and relatedactivities including monitoringFDAapprovalsandalerts

+ Developing and maintainingdrugregimens

+ Managing NCH Pathways and preferreddrug lists

+ Supporting the development and maintenance of oncology drug use policies,preferreddrugguidelines, and clinicalpathwaysto ensure the appropriateuseandmanagement of FDAapproval of new drugs,indications,safety,andmonitoring

+ Clinicalsupportincludingmaintenance of MedicalOncologyclinicalQ&As for providerportal,priorauthorizations,lists,regimens,scopediagnoses,casereviewandrelatedactivities

+ Review of Careprotreatmentrequests(e.g.clinical trial and Carepro drugrequests)

+ Thispositionmay also serve as the clinicallead(SME) on theRulesManagerTeam

+ Ability to travel approximately 25% for external meetings

The Experience You’ll Need (Required):

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), Active Pharmacist License

• A minimum of 4 years of directly related experience working in an oncology-based setting as a subject matter expert or similarly related experience

• Experience managing complex projects and organizing meetings across multiple disciplines within and outside the organization

• Experience reviewing clinical trials and using that information to produce quality patient outcomes

Finishing Touches (Preferred):

• Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP)

• Experience with writing abstracts, publishing articles, and posters

Technical Requirements:

Currently, Evolent employees work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19. As such, we require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $130,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
