Description
Business Info Developer
Location: Hybrid, 0-3 times/month in office
Responsible for developing and executing more complex data mining analyses extracted from different sources.
How you will make an impact:
+ Programs and writes queries and reports.
+ Establishes knowledge of data warehouse database design, data definitions, system capabilities, and data integrity issues.
+ May be involved with new development of standardized reporting using the data warehouse, in addition to ad hoc reports.
+ Coordinates and works closely with state/regulatory partners, vendors, and stakeholders for creating and maintaining supporting data extracts, reports, dashboards and perform research and data analytics.
+ Agility and flexibility to prioritize assignments and communicate timely as needs change for the stakeholders.
+ Communicate and document processes with stakeholders and team to determine how decision support systems will provide the data required to make effective business decisions.
+ Effectively communicates with varying levels of stakeholders in a timely and concise manner.
+ Performs modeling of information sources and process flows affecting stakeholders.
+ Coordinates and develops strategic report applications from the Data Warehouse.
+ Establishes and maintains excellent knowledge of relative business specific data definitions, system capabilities, data integrity issues.
+ Supports Business Information Developer Consultant for business areas requiring design and implementation of database tables.
+ Process flow, DLP, SOP and various documentation methodology as appropriate to capture projects requested end 2 end including training on use of applications developed with various levels of stakeholders and follow-up after implementation.
+ Building and presenting financial/operational reports using SQL, Tableau, SSRS.
+ May coordinate the activities of a project team and monitors project schedules and costs.
+ Support Program Integrity in delivering timely and accurate Regulatory Reporting.
+ Interact with business partners, both at a front-line and executive-leader level to ensure that delivery of messaging via data is clear and understood.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Requires a BS/BA degree; 4-5 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
+ PC, spreadsheet, and database skills preferred.
+ Standard Business Information tools and programming/query languages preferred.
+ SQL Query experience.
+ Tableau dashboard design experience preferred.
+ Advanced Excel skills to include combining data from various sources into a single data set, nested formulas, graphs/charts and other reporting media to convey the story effectively.
+ Critical thinking, problem solving and communication both verbally and written appropriate for varying levels of users or stakeholders.
+ Maintaining and updating documentation to support reporting initiatives as implemented.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $77,568 to $96,960.
