The Deals Desk team provides commercial support to Sales teams to ensure proposed sales arrangements meet gross margin requirements, minimize commercial risk, and comply with both discount policy and channel strategy. The key interfaces are with Sales Teams, Product Divisions and Channel Management. What can you expect from us:

Responsibilities:

+ Lead team of Deals Desk Analysts

+ Act as key contact for regional Sales Mgmt.

+ Liaise with Global Deals Desk Director

+ Manage to key KPI’s such as TAT

+ Review special pricing requests for justification, profitability and non-standard contract terms.

+ Master Zebra product & software portfolio to build product, business and competitive intelligence.

+ Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales teams, Product Management and other key stakeholders.

+ Follow corporate approval framework and related policies.

+ Deliver value-added analysis to assess business dynamics (price/discount/margin trends, volumes of special pricing requests).

+ Create and/or enhance regular and ad-hoc reports in Excel/MS Power BI.

+ Support of Large Deals

+ Highlight any potential Revenue Recognition issues

+ Seek approvals for Non-Standard elements as required, using trackers as required

+ Highlight process improvements

+ Integrate new business divisions into Zebra

+ Responsible for initiating and building standard or custom reports for sales operations and analyzing the results of those reports. Provide solutions based on analysis.

+ Participate and may facilitate in UAT Training pertaining to the reporting/analytics. – Work with Salesforce consultants and internal departments to create standardized reporting for our sales organization.

+ Train, advise, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting and/or relevant experience from a dynamic, deadline-driven environment where cooperation with multiple levels of management and Sales teams is a must

+ 8+ years of experience with a strong commercial background in finance and/or bid/deal support

+ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to negotiate, use diplomatic skills, effectively communicate with diverse business groups and senior levels of management

+ Confidence whilst managing multiple urgent tasks under changing conditions and deadlines

+ Problem-solving skills, excellent analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and clearly articulate results of your value-added analysis

+ Familiarity with price formation, revenue recognition, commercial deals and their fulfillment

+ Passion for continuous self-improvement

+ Strong analytical, communication scheduling and organizational skills

+ Attention to detail required

+ Ability to work with teams globally

+ Team player attitude with a focus on the success of the team is a MUST

+ Proactively collaborates with other team members across global time zones with the utmost professionalism, tact and resolve

Preferred Qualifications

+ Background of SaaS

+ Supervisor experience

+ Experience with MS Power BI is a big advantage

+ Ability to evaluate contracts and liaise closely with legal team

Salary: USD 89900.00 – USD 134900.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
