Job Description:

Focusing on inbound sales call management, reporting to the Inbound Channel Growth Manager, the Inside Technical Sales Representative (ITSR) will leverage inbound sales calls to support customer needs and drive growth by selling and promoting Implant Direct products, services, training, and professional education programs. Furthermore, the role will focus on securing new and retaining current customers within the business while providing solutions-oriented customer service in a manner that is consistent with the organization’s code of conduct and the industry’s regulations.

Job Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

+ Answer inbound sales inquiries to identify needs and grow customer understanding of Implant Direct offerings.

+ Onboard top tier accounts to retain business and nurture reordering.

+ Cross-Selling products and services through inbound calls and leads.

+ Understand customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.

+ Answering potential customers’ questions and send additional information as needed

+ Manage and record customer complaint issues in accordance with company policies

+ Keep up with product and service information and updates.

+ Create and maintain a CRM database of current and potential customers.

+ Explain and demonstrate features and benefits of products and services.

+ Stay informed about competing products and services.

+ Attend company-sponsored training on product and sales techniques and industry trends.

+ Co-travels and customer visits, where applicable.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

+ Minimum 3 years in B2B or customer-interfacing sales experience

+ Inside Sales or Account Management experience preferred

+ Must be able to work independently from home, in a quiet stable environment.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

+ Experience in dentistry or dental field, a plus

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

+ Proficiency in ERP and CRM Systems-SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, preferred

+ Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

+ Ability to comprehend and relay highly technical information.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

$25.30 – $30.10 per hour
