General Summary/basic PURPOSE OF JOB:

TIN Clinicians will provide clinical comprehensive assessments, individual and group psychotherapy, assertive community outreach, and clinical case management services, using evidence-based practices that are effective for the service population in the Sinai Medical Group clinics. These services will be provided in the clinic sites and through Tele Health if appropriate, available, and desired by the patient. The Psychotherapist-TIN will provide services within a Primary Care Physician office to enhance coordination and consultation with medical providers. Services will include crisis intervention and emotional support to patients of all ages (child, adolescent, adult and seniors) within the clinics. Caseload consists of patients with complex trauma and may have concurrent medical, psychosocial and substance use areas of need. MINIMUM Education: · Masters in Social Work, Counseling, or Human Service Related field MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

+ Must be culturally competent.

+ 1-2 years’ experience in working with mental health and trauma informed services

+ Must be able to Drive to clinics

+ Bilingual(Spanish) preferred

REQUIRED LICENSES, Certificates, Registrations:

+ Preferred LCPC, LCSW
