The Integration Architect Development Program (IADP) is a structured program that includes: classroom, web based, situational, and on the job consulting skills components. The program will be facilitated by Integration Architects (IA’s) and subject matter experts. Experienced Integration Architects will be used to mentor and support these associates during and after successful completion of the program.

As part of the IADP, associates will be hired as Integration Analysts, while participating in the development program. Graduation from the program is assessed through: classroom/session participation and completion, demonstration of key learning points, caliber of work/participation while in the program, quality outcomes of project work, and mutually agreed upon individual readiness. Once the associate has demonstrated competence and confidence in their ability to execute as an Integration Architect, associates will graduate the program and transition into the Integration Architect role.

Basic Qualifications

+ At least 6 years of total combined work experience and completed higher education, including:

+ At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

+ At least 5 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ At least 1 year of experience working with Cerner Solutions or other Electronic Health Records (EHR) solution

Expectations

+ Willing to travel up to 80-100% as needed

+ Must live within 60 miles of a major international airport

+ Successful completion of the Integration Architect Development Program (IADP) within 6-12 months

+ Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

+ Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

+ Perform other responsibilities as assigned

As an Integration Architect, you are accountable for the implementation of application software at client sites that represent large, integrated projects or multiple Cerner solution projects. You will cultivate client relationships to achieve business objectives, coordinate design, system validation, and integration activities across solutions and venues of care. You will enable the execution of domain, issue, and change management strategies, and act as an escalation point for client and project integration risks. You will also partner with fellow members of the engagement management team to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met to deliver value to the client as committed. You support internal and external client project teams in understanding, designing, and validating integration points across solutions. As a key member or the project management team, you will contribute to internal team value by participating in the Integration Architect community. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)

California Pay Range: from $33.46 to $65.10 per hour; from $69,600 to $135,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $31.59 to $58.61 per hour; from $65,700 to $121,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

New York City Pay Range: from $31.59 to $61.88 per hour; from $65,700 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Washington Pay Range: from $35.29 to $61.88 per hour; from $73,400 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
