The Integration Architect Development Program (IADP) is a structured program that includes: classroom, web based, situational, and on the job consulting skills components. Experienced Integration Architects will be used to mentor and support these associates during and after successful completion of the program.
As part of the IADP, associates will be hired as Integration Analysts, while participating in the development program. Graduation from the program is assessed through: classroom/session participation and completion, demonstration of key learning points, caliber of work/participation while in the program, quality outcomes of project work, and mutually agreed upon individual readiness. Once the associate has demonstrated competence and confidence in their ability to execute as an Integration Architect, associates will graduate the program and transition into the Integration Architect role.
