Description:

We currently have an opening for a Full-time Community Relations Coordinator.

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for health/life insurance, PTO, and vacation accruals. Part-time are eligible for PTO and vacation accruals.

Essential Functions:

+ Conduct outreach for facility to educate community on availability of programs and services that promote, maintain and improve individual and community mental health.

+ Develop strong relationships with key referral sources.

+ Identify opportunities for partnering and growth.

+ Manage leads from referral sources.

+ Develop events and educational forums that demonstrate the organization’s services and provide an opportunity to identify potential referral sources, as well as maintain existing referral relationships.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

+ Perform other functions as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in business or health related field preferred from an accredited college or university.

+ One or more years’ experience in customer service, sales or marketing within the behavioral healthcare field preferred.

+ Two or more years’ experience in an administrative support role in a managed care or healthcare setting preferred.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

+ Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile, where facility requires.
