The Opportunity

Functions in a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst role to develop and deliver customized BI solutions to clients. Performs all routine tasks of BI assignments including translating business requirements into technical requirements, IT, Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, Data Relationships and Dashboards/Reporting.

This team is ranked in the top 10 byfor Water Design Firms in Water Supply and Sewer Waste and other water-related rankings.

Key Responsibilities

+ Translate abstract business requirements into actionable technical requirements which can be executed using business intelligence

+ Connect to data sources (Excel, SQL, Azure, SSAS)

+ Design and implement basic and advanced data transformations

+ Change data format and shape to support data model, analysis and visualization

+ Manage incomplete data, data quality issues

+ Create and manage data relationships, optimize models for reporting (Star Schema)

+ Identify and develop dashboards/reports which solve client’s unique problems and provide actionable decision support

+ Ability to create professional, aesthetically pleasing visuals which are polished and easy to understand

Preferred Qualifications

+ 10 to 15 years of experience developing Business Intelligence solutions

+ Power Platform (MS PowerApps, MS Power Automate, Azure Stack and Power BI)

+ Tableau

+ Data Warehouse Development / Architecture

+ Data Governance

Minimum Qualifications

+ A minimum total of 10 years of related work experience is typically necessary to move into this level.
