The Opportunity
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Technical leadership role that provides direction to liquefied natural gas (LNG) project teams
+ The LNG Specialist focuses on front end work ranging from feasibility, technology assessment, and conceptual studies
+ Perform all aspects of conventional process design engineering and analysis

Our Team of over 200 process engineers support water, industrial, next generation agriculture, LNG, hydrogen, fertilizer, and carbon capture businesses among others. Key Responsibilities
Leads Process Engineering evaluations for LNG and related facilities
+ The LNG Specialist will be involved during early pursuit, proposal, and study phases of projects, but will have less involvement as projects progress to detailed design.
+ Maintain contacts with major OEMs and suppliers in support of multiple project pursuits.
+ Industry-facing through development of papers, presentations, and articles to advance B&V technology and execution capabilities.
+ Supports multiple proposals/projects concurrently.
Knowledge Sharing, Innovation and Technology:
+ Recognized as a technical specialist by the division having in-depth knowledge of LNG.
Client Focus:
+ Support Business Development in the pursuit of new opportunities.
+ Assist with identification of key client interests and drivers.
+ Communicates client interests and drivers to project team members and develops approaches to accommodate these concerns in the performance of the work.
+ Provide support to business development or pursuit activities.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in design and operations of process technology with focus in LNG – gas treating, refrigeration, heat transfer, compression, storage, utilities, hazard identification.
+ Working knowledge of PRO II, Promax, Protreat, HYSYS and similar process simulation packages
+ Advanced Knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards related to process engineering design.
+ Written Communications, Drive For Results, Decision Quality, Priority Setting, Planning, Delegation, Directing Others, Listening, Dealing with Ambiguity, Customer Focus, and Building Effective Teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 5 years related work experience All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Certifications
Preferred to have Professional Engineer registration or licensure, or willingness/ability to pursue such registration.

Typical office environment, typical construction environment, extreme weather conditions, high noise level, safety hazards (electric currents, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to chemicals), atmospheric conditions (fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, poor ventilation). Sitting, walking, talking, hearing, reading, writing, keyboarding, driving, filing, reaching, stooping, crouching, bending, standing for extended periods of time, lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds.
