Bus Info Developer Sr.

Location: Hybrid 0-3 times/month if located within 50 miles of a PulsePoint Office.

Responsible for developing and executing complex data mining analyses, which involves the design and execution of programs to extract data.

How you will make an impact:

+ Develops and executes data mining analyses.

+ Uses program languages to extract data.

+ Develops new and standard reports utilizing data warehouse information.

+ Programs and writes queries and reports.

+ Establishes and maintains strong knowledge of data warehouse database design, data definitions, system capabilities, related programming languages, and data integrity issues.

+ Develops and supports data warehouse-related applications for business areas requiring design and implementation of database tables.

+ Conducts training on use of applications developed.

+ Good communication and presentation skills to present effectively with multiple levels within the organization.

+ This job is focused on spending time thinking about programming and how it would be used to design solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

+ ? Requires a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 2 years related analytical experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

+ PC, spreadsheet, and database skills strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

+ Experience with the healthcare industry and proficiency in medical (institutional and professional), pharmacy, dental, vision claims, provider, and member data analysis preferred.

+ Proficient in problem-solving skills, identification of data issues and anomalies, independent data research, and QAQC/UAT testing preferred.

+ Advance knowledge of SQL fundamentals and MS SQL queries preferred.

+ Experience with Facets/FAC1R, ODS/ODW, EDWard/Enterprise Data Warehouse preferred.

+ Proficient in Excel and Access including pivot tables, graphs, etc. preferred.

+ Experience with SSIS, SSRS, Tableau dashboard creation, and Regulatory and Compliance reports preferred.

+ Experience in AWS Cloud/Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, Python, and Java Scripting preferred.

+ Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide, RAT Stats/statistical software preferred.

+ Experience in Project Management using Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $76,640 to $137,952.

Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
