This Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Functional Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Oracle’s HCM Recruiting and Onboarding solution. The HCM Senior Consultant will lead the implementation of their respective HCM module by providing consulting and product expertise during their engagements. The Senior Consultant will work with their clients to understand their business processes and drive adoption of Oracle’s modern best practices processes.

Role Responsibilities

+ Expert in Oracle HCM SaaS solution; to qualify for this role your experience will include a minimum of (1) full life cycle implementation of Oracle Recruiting

+ Lead business process workshops and advise client on the impacts of adopting the Oracle Cloud solution

+ Lead requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes and obtain sign off to ensure client alignment of proposed solution

+ Understand Oracle’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements

+ Configure the Oracle HCM solution

+ Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution

+ Support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover and post go live

+ Supporting the client with any data migration efforts

+ Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions

+ Complete the client work on time and on budget

+ Regularly mentors and reviews work of less experienced team members

Preferred Qualifications

+ 6+ years implementing Human Capital Management solutions

+ Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company

+ Experience in implementing Recruiting SaaS applications

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities

+ Experience with multiple HCM applications a plus

+ Ability to travel up to 70%-80% of the time

3-5 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)

California Pay Range: from $88,900 to $178,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $84,000 to $160,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

New York City Pay Range: from $84,000 to $169,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Washington Pay Range: from $93,900 to $169,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
