Graphic Designer (Creative Services Coordinator)

Under the direction of the Chief Communications Officer, this position will primarily work to assist the Hope Communications Team in developing, implementing, and executing all communication plan action items. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in graphic design, current communications and marketing trends, and possess strong communication and writing skills. We are looking for a team member who is motivated, a self-starter, forward thinking, and organized to work in this fast-paced environment. 

 

Creative Services Coordinator Essential Duties:

  • Design and create materials in-house and within the company’s brand guidelines for both print and web.
  • Create content for external websites, social media, and other digital platforms, as well as Hope’s internal communication pieces and platforms.
  • Assist execution of digital advertising and social media campaigns, including compiling analytics to report to the team.
  • Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, Canva, and more to create communication pieces.
  • Execute marketing plan and internal communication plan action items set forth by the Chief Communications Officer.
  • Travel to events and engagements to support Hope’s outreach initiatives as necessary.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Communications and Marketing or related field.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Seeking a candidate who is creative, organized, motivated, forward-thinking, a team player, and a self-starter.
  • Proficient in graphic design and knowledge of current communication trends.
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently.
