People – Customers – Trust H ybrid schedule will be offered for this role. Position Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst provides analysis leading to insights that improve growth and profitability. The Senior Financial Analyst will support the corrugated products group by providing business and technical expertise in the areas of forecasting, development of variance analysis models, capital planning and identifying areas of process improvement. The position will work collectively with other members of the finance group to review and analyze capital project requests. Additionally, this position will work collaboratively with the plant and area accounting teams to address issues related to financial processes and month and quarter-end closing issues. The analyst position should continuously strive for areas of improvement in the reporting and analysis areas. The Senior Financial Analyst provides timely reporting and analysis while satisfying internal and external requirements and ensuring that Company practices and procedures are sound. Principle Accountabilities

+ Actively participate with other members of finance team to optimize profitability of the Company by reviewing metrics related to sales, customers, and pricing and provide feedback on results.

+ Perform financial analysis of results in a complete, accurate and timely manner.

+ Assist in the development of quarterly business and financial plans.

+ Assist in the development of the Annual Financial Plan

+ Develop and maintain financial models necessary to track financial performance trends.

+ Analyze complex business issues and effectively communicate findings.

+ Must be able to plan and manage numerous projects concurrently.

+ In conjunction with the Director of Finance, perform financial efforts required to support strategic capital initiatives.

+ In conjunction with the Director of Finance, develop and complete forecast of cash flow components for the division, including accounts receivable and inventory.

+ Track business performance against quarterly guidance and annual operating plan.

+ Upon request, participate in review and due diligence work related to acquisition and divestiture efforts.

+ Remain updated on market developments which impact the Company’s results.

+ Coordinate review of customer pricing projects as requested.

+ Perform ad-hoc financial reviews as requested by Director of Finance.

+ Provide expertise in analytical tools to support the review the business results.

+ Knows and follows policies and procedures of the company. Shares information that would benefit other members of the team and finds ways to improve the delivery of service to our customers.

Decision Making: Using his/her knowledge of PCA products and services the Senior Financial Analyst expected to analyze business opportunities for assigned projects and determine system and process solutions for improved business results. Senior Financial Analyst is expected to exercise independent judgment, conduct research, and identify solutions for PCA with limited direction and/or supervision. Position Requirements:

+ Education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree preferably in finance, economics, business, or liberal arts.

+ Minimum 5 years’ experience of accounting, finance, audit, or other financial discipline.

+ Previous manufacturing industry experience preferred.

+ Abilities/Skills:

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

+ Maintains high level of confidentiality.

+ Exercises initiative

+ Reacts well to time pressures with multiple task completion.

+ Ability to network and build relationships with individuals of various experience and corporate levels both within and outside of the company.

+ Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office software with heavy emphasis on the use of Excel.

+ Must be able to travel as necessary and possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
