Description:
General Labor Position Summary:
- Performs manual labor along a production line making chain
- Operates and troubleshoots production line machinery
- Maintains required documents and records work orders, production reports, and proper parts labeling (route cards)
- Maintain efficiency by identifying problems and seek action to resolve issues
- Performs all quality-related responsibilities that will ensure that the product meets customer needs

Shift:
1st shift: 6:00AM – 2:30PM (OT on front end – Saturday OT is 5:00am – 10:00am)
2nd shift: 2:30PM – 11:00PM (OT on back end – Saturday OT is 10:00am – 3:00pm)
3rd shift: 10:00PM – 6:30AM (OT on front end – Friday OT would be 5 hours most likely 7:00/8:00PM – 12:00/1:00AM.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing setting is needed.

Welders Position Summary:
Read Blueprints
MIG weld sections of flight onto pipe
Grind welds and augers to smooth out edges
Use plasma cutters to fabricate
Use dial indicators for run out
Machine operating minimal but used to bend or stretch pipe

Shift:
1st shift: 5a-2:30p M-F & 5a-10a Sat
2nd shift: 2p-10:30p M-F & every other Sat
3rd shift: 10p-6:30a Sun- Thurs & every other Fri
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST have 6 months of welding experience whether that is high school, tech school or working
Experience at home or hobby can be utilized as they will have to pass a weld test.
Must be able to lift 75lbs
Must be able to work overtime during the week
