Elementary School Social Worker 2022-23
AnthroMed Education is an expanding organization devoted to providing a unique experience for our team of school-based social workers as they provide their services to students. With our local roots in Chicago, it is evident that our ability to support our team of social workers makes us stand out significantly from other organizations.
Currently, we are looking to add a full-time Social Worker to our team who will support Elementary students in the remaining school year 2022-23. This school is located in Addison, IL, and is known for its high staff retention, low student class sizes, and excellent teaching evaluations.
Job Details
+ Provide services to a caseload of 19 elementary students
+ Follow, assess, and update 504/ IEP plans individually for each student
+ Lead group meetings with students to support their social-emotional development
+ Communicate professionally with colleagues, students, and families
+ Facilitate and attend 504 meetings
+ Work a full-time position with school hours from 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
+ Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements
+ Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work (Required)
+ IL PEL with an endorsement in Social Work (Required)
+ Previous experience in a K-12 setting preferred
