Job Description
Description:
+ Organize, lead, and manage client implementations through requirements design, and system build, testing, and client sign-off
+ Manage the project using established project controls and procedures with client and design team
+ Prepare monthly reports including cost, schedule, safety, cash flow, etc. for internal and/or external use
+ Prepare “look-ahead” schedules to support near term project activities
+ Communicate with project executives, subcontractors, and vendors to stay on schedule
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, architectural, engineering or related field
+ 5+ years of experience as a Project Management (APM or Project Engineer experience is not included in the 5)
+ Experience working on multi family or commercial construction projects
+ Experience running jobs with a budget of $1 million or more
+ Experience with Construction project management tools and/or software packages
+ Experience working with clients, sub contractors and design teams
