Do you want to use your analytical abilities to make an impact on the healthcare of others?This position will engage and collaborate within Medical Affairs & business partners to understand medical and pharmacy claims data needs to create data reports, conduct data analysis, and provide analytical solutions. To be successful in this role you will bring with you a demonstrated history of success utilizing oral & verbal communication and analytical skills to complete data deliverables, reports, and analyses.In this role, you will:-Utilize technologies such as Teradata, Tableau, Google Cloud, and Quickbase to support data reporting needs-Create data reports and analyses using medical and pharmacy claims data-Develop reports and presentations for key operational metrics-Communicate analytical results with summarized reports and presentations to business partners and leadership teamThis individual contributor role can be located in Chicago, IL; Scottsdale, AZ; Solon, OH; Lincoln, RI; or Pittsburgh, PA. There will be in office expectations for this role.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 60,300

Maximum: 130,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

-3+ years with medical and pharmacy claims data-2+ years SQL experience or other relative programming experience-2+ years Tableau experience-2+ years Healthcare data analytics experience-Strong Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills-Strong organizational and attention to detail skills-Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership -Ability to work with minimal supervision required

Preferred Qualifications

-PBM experience-Knowledge of Utilization Management and Formulary Management-Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information-Curiosity and capability to learn new technical concepts and apply them to support business strategy-Ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources-Strong problem solving and data analysis skills-Google Cloud certification

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Public Health, Health Science or related discipline.
