Job Description
Our global client is seeking a staff accountant to join their US Team in Bourbonnais, IL. The Staff Accountant will serve as the key financial contact and reports to the President of the Company.
The ideal candidate will be a self starter who brings experience and best practices to the team.
Generally, you will
- create processes, meet deadlines and prepare financial reporting and analysis for management.
- Process AP, AR, reconcile accounts, and prepare tax reporting information.
- Follow GAAP.
Other helpful experience includes percentage of completion invoicing, job costing and other general accounting functions. Leadership experience and desire to find solutions for a start-up location for a well established organization.
Proficiency in MS Office and Sage 300 are ideal.
