Job Description
Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to join their US Team in Bourbonnais, IL. The Operations Manager will maximize processes and procedures while meeting customer expectations in terms of cost-effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will be a self starter who brings experience and best practices to the team.
Generally, you will
- Provide application of engineering, maintenance, finance and analytics, and structured problem-solving techniques to achieve the goals of the global company’s mission
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Build relationships to grow the business both internally and externally
Petrochemical industry experience is required
Experience working with a Global company
Proficiency in MS Office and Sage 300 are ideal.
Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbally
