Job Description
The Office of Public Works, Building & Zoning Division is seeking an individual to perform routine work in completing inspections and investigations to determine the degree of compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations as they relate to housing and property maintenance issues; prepare activity reports and records; and offer guidance to property owners and residents on proper practices and improvements to ensure continued compliance. This position is covered by International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local #193. STARTING RATE: $18.7262 HOURLY. APPLICATIONS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC CURRENT EMPLOYEES WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE
