About the Role
Uber's driver-partners are our most meaningful customers, and we're crafting an outstanding customer service experience for them. Greenlight locations help new driver-partners get on the road for the first time, build engagement with the platform over time, and provide a home base for the driver community.
What you'll do
Deliver 5-star, in-person support to our partner-drivers
Welcome and onboard new partner-drivers
Deliver high quality onboarding presentations to new partner-drivers joining the Uber platform
Be passionate and knowledgeable when speaking about Uber products
Track key metrics, data and KPIs to ensure that the team is operating at the highest level and are optimised to increase efficiencies
Go beyond mere problem solving; identify root causes and make process improvement proposals to the Driver Operations team.
Diffuse potentially heated exchanges through a calm temperament and excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
What you'll need
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced customer facing environment
A quick and calm thinker when under pressure
Analytical and critical thinking ability
Strong communication and organisation skills
An interest in or experience of discussing and training people on technology
The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
