Title: Senior Claims Resolution Analyst
Location: Remote, National – 0-3 days in office a month could be required
How you will make an impact:
Responsible for researching, analyzing, documenting and coordinating the resolution of escalated and/or complex claims issues that span across multiple operational areas and requires expert knowledge of all systems, tools and processes.
Primary duties may include but are not limited to: Provide project team leadership. Coordinate the identification and resolution of root causes involving configuration, claims and/or contracting activities.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Requires a BA/BS degree and 5 years of claims research and/or issue resolution or analysis of reimbursement methodologies within the health care industry; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
+ Excellent written/verbal communication skills
+ SAFe Agile PO/PM experience and/or certification
+ Experience with claim encounters
+ Experience with Facets
+ Knowledge of ANSI 835/837 files
+ Experience with Jira Align
+ Experience with PEGA
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $51,680 to $93,024**
Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
