OPPORTUNITY
We have an opportunity for a Resident Experience Assistant to provide exceptional care to our residents. The Resident Experience Assistant supports the nursing team by providing non-nursing care duties.

+ Assists in the dining room taking resident meal/beverage orders; serving and removing food trays. Supports residents with preparing food as needed (i.e. cutting food).
+ Assists in cleaning tables and resetting appropriate place settings.
+ Assists in cleaning and sanitizing equipment as directed by supervisor.
+ Ensures resident’s water pitchers are clean and filled with fresh water.
+ Observes and reports changes in resident conditions to the Residential Services Director.
+ Ensures quality customer service to residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.
+ Follows departmental safety rules while utilizing proper body mechanics.
+ Participates in all in-services and activities as required.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum
+ High school diploma or equivalent
Desired
+ One year of healthcare experience
