Your Role:

As an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Business Analyst, your primary responsibility is to identify and analyze business processes that are suitable for automation using RPA technology. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business owners, process owners, and IT teams, to understand their needs and requirements, and translate them into RPA solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. You will have the opportunity to:

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to pinpoint automation opportunities by analyzing and documenting processes, and then coordinate with developers to evaluate the feasibility of automation.

+ Utilize Process Discovery technology to reveal business processes by examining user interactions with various systems and analyzing these interactions to identify patterns and understand context.

+ Conducting meetings, interviews, and workshops to collect requirements and devise solutions.

+ Understanding system and business change cycles to proactively update automated processes in response to these changes.

+ Develop and sustain operational metrics for monthly reports to be presented to program leadership.

+ Collaborating with colleagues or clients throughout product development to ensure alignment with the design and maintain constant communication about progress.

+ Working collaboratively with operational and technical teams to deliver projects by assigned deadlines.

We need you to have:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field

+ 1-2 years of job experience as a business analyst or technical business analyst

+ Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions in a proactive manner

+ Excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English

+ Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders as part of the RPA delivery cycle

+ Understand and create business process workflow diagrams or procedural documentation

Icing on the cake:

+ Experience with Automation Anywhere A360 & Fortress IQ

+ Experience working effectively with global teams in multiple time zones

+ Exposure to performance measurement and continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is preferred
