Growing manufacturer in the Naperville, IL area is seeking a Field Service Engineer to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with troubleshooting and repair of electromechanical equipment. Must be open to weekly travel throughout a regional territory. Company vehicle provided. Paid overtime after 37.5 hours/week.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

responsibilities:
+ Perform installation, maintenance, calibration and repairs on electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
+ Travel to customer sites in a midwest territory to perform service
+ Increase service contracts
+ Promote new preventative maintenance contracts
Requirements:
+ at least 2 years of field service experience, servicing electromechanical equipment
+ Must be able to reach schematics
+ Ability to travel during the week, some overnight stays
+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Degree or certificate in electro-mechanical technology preferred; will consider equivalent field or military experience
