The Opportunity: Pall Water is seeking a full time Business Development Manager (Mobile Solutions) to join our team.This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. What Will I Be Doing?
+ Execute tactical business plans to drive new customer acquisition for industrial water treatment mobile rentals. This includes meeting with customers, leveraging strategic partner relationships and achieving or exceeding order targets and operating margin targets.
+ Managing the opportunity/sales funnel through a customer relationship management (CRM) solution.
+ Meeting or exceeding new customer and funnel growth targets.
+ Utilizing product and application sales tools, such as success stories, customer presentations, installation lists, return on investment calculations, and sample proposals.
+ Engage in internal communication and collaboration to execute organizational standards. Work closely with support groups, including Applications Engineering, Mobile Operations, Legal, Finance, and Engineering.What Qualifications Do I Need?
+ Bachelor’s degree is required, with a degree in Engineering or related Science preferred.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience selling in industrial markets, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, Water Markets, with a preference for experience in mobile filtration solutions, water treatment services, capital equipment, or a combination thereof.
+ A track record of negotiating and closing contracts over $500k in premium-priced products. Managing customers through the full sales cycle, from prospect to close.
+ Ability to meet the travel expectation of the role, which may include up to 75% travel
+ Fluency in Spanish is considered a plusThe salary range for this role is $80,000 – $110,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. 20% of the Time: Execute organizational best practices, including managing opportunity / sales funnel through customer relationship management (CRM) solution; meeting or exceeding new customer & funnel growth targets; utilization of product and application sales tools (including success stories, customer presentations, installation lists, return on investment calculations and sample proposals).
20% of the Time: Internal communication & collaboration to execute organizational standards with support groups including Applications Engineering, Mobile Operations, Legal, Finance and Engineering.
