The Opportunity: Pall Water is seeking a full time Regional Sales Manager (Mobile) to join our team. This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. Several locations have been listed for marketing purposes but only one position is available. What Will I Be Doing?

+ Execute tactical business plans, which include meeting with customers, driving new customer acquisition, and managing and developing key channel partners, in order to achieve or exceed order and revenue booking targets and operating margins for industrial water treatment mobile rentals and sales

+ Manage the opportunity/sales funnel and forecasting for the region and specific industrial water treatment market segment.

+ Key account and critical channel development: leverage company standards to implement and ensure that customers and partners are strengthening relationships and meeting or exceeding growth targets.

+ Facilitate internal communication with support groups, including Marketing, Applications Engineering, Product Development, and Manufacturing, to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer needs. Participate in new product development reviews

What Qualifications Do I Need?

+ Minimum 8 years of experience in direct and/or channel-based selling, OR minimum 3 years’ experience in managing sales personnel in industrial markets, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, and Water Markets

+ Track record of negotiating and closing contracts over $1 million in premium-priced products in both channel-based and direct selling go-to-market business structures is required.

+ Experience with mobile filtration solutions, water treatment services, capital equipment, or a combination is preferred.

+ Track record of success in managing customers through the full sales cycle, from prospect to close, in both channel-based and direct selling go-to-market business structures is preferred.

+ Ability to meet the travel expectation of the role, which may include up to 75% travel

The salary range for this role is $100,000 – $130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
