What You Will Do :
As an Associate Director you will be responsible to engage with our clients with the support and delivery of the Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation projects. The Oracle ERP Cloud Associate Consultant will be responsible for providing Strategy and oversight for the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project in compliance with the Oracle Cloud Implementation Methodology and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) as well as provide personnel on demand for specific types of support that is required to ensure successful delivery of the project. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible to manage the client and key stakeholder engagements. The candidate will lead a team of professionals and provide oversight for the implementation of the Oracle ERP Cloud, data conversion from legacy systems, and data warehousing solutions for legacy/archived data reporting. The candidate will provide project/program strategy. The candidate will also support business development and lead pursuits. The Candidate will also be responsible for performing a role of a people manager to mentor/coach people. Assist with the staffing by participating in the retention and recruiting efforts.
What You Will Need :
+ Strong functional and technical knowledge and understanding of the Oracle EBS product suite.
+ Strong business process knowledge associated with the different Oracle EBS Financials modules.
+ Developing strategy; as well as writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff, and management.
+ Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring the workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
+ Ensures delivered solutions are realized in the time frame committed; works in conjunction with project owners to size, scope, and identify risk.
+ Ensures delivered solutions meet technical and functional/non-functional performance requirements within.
+ Clearly communicate Expectations, Roles, and Responsibilities to team members and hold them accountable to meet the expectations
+ Client-facing experience in a consulting environment among mid-level to senior leadership
+ Must have at least fifteen (15) experience as the project manager for one or more ERP projects.
+ Must have at least seven (7) years of experience as the project manager for one or more of Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.
+ Experience leading Pursuits teams and driving strategy sessions
+ Functionally astute in using project management software (MS Project, Excel, Visio) and other analytical and statistical software packages and tools.
+ Superior time and project management skills.
+ Formal Program/Project Management training & certification required or in pursuit of CAPM/PMP certification.
Degree:
Holds a four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
What Would Be Nice To Have :
+ Experience with the Implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud for a State and Local client is a plus.
The annual salary range for this position is $142,300.00-$284,500.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
