The Hiring Ambassador’s primary responsibility is to interview, assess, select and make hires following ScribeAmerica’s best practices. This is a critical role which ensures that our teams are staffed properly with high quality talent. The Hiring Ambassador is also the ambassador of our brand when interacting with our applicants, and he or she ensures that the applicant’s experience is positive during the application process. A Hiring Ambassador’s responsibilities include screening candidate applications, conducting interviews, communicating with candidates in a timely manner, extending job offers, as well as various other new hire and onboarding functions as needed. The Hiring Ambassador works closely with regional management and with the Talent Acquisition team. Duties and Responsibilities

+ Communicate with the management teams of local sites to understand their hiring needs and prioritize needs as directed

+ Ensure a positive candidate experience for ScribeAmerica applicants

+ Adequately disposition applicants in our Candidate Relationship Management and Applicant Tracking Systems

+ Assess applicants and adequately hire them in open roles

+ Support our new hires and the operations management team through the onboarding process

+ Meet assigned hiring goals and other outlined metrics/KPIs

+ Identify and communicate health in application flow, hiring, and/or candidate quality trends

+ Attend recruiting, staffing, and corporate meetings as needed

+ Assist with promoting and communicating employee referral programs to all candidates and new hires

Required Education and Prerequisites

+ High school diploma or equivalent. College degree or some college preferred

+ Recruiting, hiring, or relevant work experience preferred

+ Strong technological skills, experience with Applicant Tracking System or

+ Candidate Relationship Management System is a preferred

+ Experience with Workday is a plus

+ Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail

+ Strong written communication skills including proper grammar, spelling, and good overall writing ability

+ Excellent verbal communications skills

+ Must be team-oriented with a desire to work and collaborate with other individuals

+ Must be results-driven
