If you're interested in being accountable for daily operations which include oversight of all Escrow/Insurance personnel, our Escrow Insurance Supervisor role may be for you! We invite you to consider joining our Loan Servicing team.
Responsibilities:
- Train employees on all Escrow Insurance tasks.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of escrow records on all loan types on the Bank’s core system.
- Review data input for accuracy and completeness on escrow records.
- Assist with escrow distribution processing and reviewing annual escrow analysis.
- Monitor and track property tax status and insurance states on escrow and non-escrow loans.
- Verify that all policies and procedures are followed to minimize risk of fraud.
- Assist with the tracking of Insurance Loss distributions on all loan types on the Bank’s core system.
- Verify that all tasks are completed to meet regulatory requirements, such as annual escrow analysis and PMI cancellation.
- Exercise good judgment and take a proactive approach to anticipating and solving problems.
- Communicate issues to lending officers, loan assistants, and Loan Operations Manager.
- Demonstrate the ability to independently make sound decisions based upon Bank policies, procedures, knowledge, and experience.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-8 years’ Mortgage Lending experience preferred
