Associate Scientist I: North Chicago, IL
Description : Our Client is looking to add an Associate Scientist to their dedicated team of Global Healthcare professionals. This is a One Year Contract with the opportunity for Permanent Hire . Our Client is hiring immediately. Don’t delay, apply today!
Type : Contract to Permanent Hire
Pay : $20-23 an hour, based on experience
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Design experiments and testing schemes, analyze data, write protocols and reports and present results to a cross-functional team.
+ Conduct investigations on internal nonconformances and customer complaints related to Reagents.
+ Assist in developing/ improving Reagent manufacturing processes and/or products.
+ Must demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills and be a team player.
Required Qualifications:
+ Must possess a Bachelor of Science in molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field.
+ Oneto two years of relevant laboratory experience.
+ Familiar with process and test method validations.
+ Excellent communication skills. Shall be able to perform under pressure to meet project deadlines.
+ Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations and audits a plus.
