What You’ll Be Doing:

What You’ll Be Doing:

Communication Tool Development: Continuous improvement and management of central resource hub

+ Develop high-impact communication tools for client performance discussions and provider interactions

+ Distill key customer insights from data

+ Investigate and implement new performance metrics to help differentiate NCH

+ Provide consultative guidance to Partner Operations and Accounts teams on Performance Review content and flow

Content Creation to drive NCH program performance

+ Engage internal subject matter experts to create content and templates for delivery of client-specific or practice-specific value insights

+ Research and translate key teaching points into high-impact education material for internal and external stakeholders

+ Contribute hands-on content creation support to key client or prospect interactions

Project Management of value initiatives

+ Partner with data and analytics team to automate timely delivery of required reporting

+ Advance health equity work through data analytics as well as external partner and practice communication of identified patient gaps

+ Own process and results analysis for annual physician/provider NPS/feedback

The Experience You’ll Need (Required):

+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ 2-4 years’ experience

Finishing Touches (Preferred):

+ Previous experience working in healthcare

+ Experience in a management consulting firm

+ Outstanding written and oral presentation skills, ability to engage in back-and-forth conversation with senior leaders, and ability to develop strong relationships

+ Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creativity

+ Experience developing collateral or educational content

+ Analytic rigor, experience conducting root cause analyses

+ Drive to get stuff done, comfort with ambiguity

+ Resourcefulness—ability to procure detailed data and information

+ Proven time-management skills and attention to detail

Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $75,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
