Summary:
Sales & Service Support Managers are responsible for the design, development and marketing of growth initiatives for one or more business lines.Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Focused on developing external partnerships to drive sales opportunity to centralized origination teams.
+ Manage external partnerships with lead providers such as Lendingtree.com.
+ Manage external relationships with outsource vendors (Loancraft) to drive efficient execution of originations for digital partnership.
+ Develops and implements sales strategies, marketing campaigns and sales aids, to maximize profitability, meet customer needs and improve the delivery effectiveness of the assigned business segment.
+ Coordinates all training programs, contests awards programs and plans sales meetings.
+ Works with business units, including regional management, to implement initiatives.
+ Attends regional meetings.
+ Evaluates strategy effectiveness and recommends changes in overall direction.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ 7+ years of related experience

+ Advanced problem-solving skills, grounded in data and feedback and driven toward process simplification
+ Able to maintain a customer-centric view of problems and solutions that appropriately balances the company’s financial results with its commitment to the brand promise
+ Forward-thinking and able to extrapolate learnings and industry trends to build a roadmap for the future
+ Adept at influencing stakeholders through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills; can quickly form strong relationships through a shared vision and mutual trust
