Responsibilities

Description

The Sr. Manager, Investor Relations will report directly to the Vice President of Investor Relations and will lead the execution of Pactiv Evergreen’s investor relations plan to ensure consistent, accurate information is provided on a timely basis to investors and analysts, and that the Company’s leadership team is informed and educated on these key stakeholders’ perspectives. The Sr. Manager will interact regularly with senior management (CEO, CFO, Executive Leadership Team), legal counsel, FP&A, Treasury, Accounting and the Corporate Communications teams to articulate the Company’s strategic direction and financial position.

Key Responsibilities

+ Interact with Pactiv Evergreen leadership and professionals at external banks, brokerages, and investment firms

+ Develop investment themes and communicate key initiatives to the financial community

+ Maintain consensus model including collection of analyst estimates pre- and post-quarter; detailed analysis of changes in consensus estimates; identify areas where the street is significantly different from Company guidance; manage, summarize and run reports in conjunction with the FP&A team to drive insights for the ELT

+ Monitor competitor and market sector information, lead analyses on competitive industry information and competitor strategy, including competitor conference calls, related analyst reports and SEC filings

+ Proactive assessment of market and industry specific information that can have impact on Pactiv Evergreen’s business or investor sentiment

+ Produce and manage communications materials for use with investment community and financial media, including quarterly earnings announcements, press releases, conference call scripts and Q&A, letters to shareholders, investor kits and supporting collateral materials

+ Maintain Investor Relations calendar to ensure announcement timing is in synch with investor communications

+ Develop annual schedule of conferences and non-deal road shows (NDRS)

+ Assist with investor targeting process; utilize market data to identify potential new investors in Pactiv Evergreen

+ Generate relevant periodic reports on ownership changes and key investor activity

+ Monitor the Company’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) communication to investors against competitors and current best practices to aid continuous improvement efforts

+ Update and maintain ESG FAQ and tracking system in coordination with CSO to keep abreast of high impact, recurring ESG topics.

Qualifications

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree/4-year Degree

+ 5 or more years of experience in financial analytics experience, including investor relations, public equity analysis, private equity investing, and/or investment banking

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Proven ability to produce clear and concise presentations and financial graphics

+ Experience with financial modeling, accounting, or other FP&A analysis

+ Independent and highly-motivated with strong interpersonal skills

+ Work hours may vary in length and schedule (may include a non-standard work week)

+ Periodic travel may be required for conferences and other investor events

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
