About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking highly motivated and experienced candidates that have filled the role(s) of: Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, Release Train Engineer, Release Manager or similar, to come lead the efforts to ensure complex products are released on time and with high quality. The role will involve:

+ Establishing and managing end-to-end delivery timeline for features/projects spanning multiple teams/lines of business.

+ Partnering closely with both our Product and Technology leaders for coordination across teams, lines of business and external vendors for on time delivery.

+ Being accountable for identifying, monitoring, reporting and escalating risks and impediments

+ Orchestrating the overall delivery through incremental releases to test environments and production

+ Driving improvements into our release and delivery processes

+ Providing status report to stakeholders and leadership with context on delivery, delivery slips and impacts to timelines.

+ Facilitating program-level meetings such as scrum of scrums as needed. May be responsible for planning and facilitation of other planning events as needed.

In this role, you will:

+ Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of programs, project performance and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management

+ Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement

+ Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment

+ Provide vision, direction and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are companywide to support operations using organizational, strategical, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts

+ Engage with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization

Required Qualifications, US:

+ 5+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, Release Train Engineer, Release Manager…)

+ 2+ years of experience in a scaled agile environment

Desired Qualifications:

+ Experienced leading large planning efforts across multiple product teams in an agile development environment

+ Jira Align experience across lines of business

+ Jira, or similar, subject matter expert

+ Experienced in leading team of teams or scrum of scrum efforts

+ Working experience in credit card domain

+ Lean certification

+ Scrum Master certification

+ Engineering or Architecture background

Pay Range

$96,600.00 – $171,800.00 Annual
