Job Description
Identify IT capabilities and information required to support the business processes and collaborate in the development of appropriate solution for SAP S4 HANA implementation, SAP Concur implementation and SAP upgrade programs utilizing automation testing tools such as Tricentis TOSCA, Selenium, and employing agile/waterfall methodology. Responsible for setting up and establish Test COE with strategy, methodology and tool set for end-to-end testing operations. Complete training and certification on Tricentis TOSCA. Responsible for working directly with business unit clients to understand specific business processes and needs and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. Develop technology strategies that meet the requirements of the business (e.g., automation). Identify the business benefits of alternative strategies in order to ensure compliance between business strategies and technology directions. Prepare testing plans to confirm that requirements and system design are accurate and complete. Responsible for conducting training as needed. Develop business relationships and integrates activities with other BTO's to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts. Manage relationships between clients involved and BTOs to assure effective communication between the groups is occurring. Employ experience with automated testing platforms such as Tricentis TOSCA (Certified), CBTA, SAP TAO and Worksoft Certify. Inform management of progress and ensure that BTS managers are aware of user issues in order to resolve conflicts. Employ experience with testing tools such as JIRA, MicroFocus ALM, Version One, SAP Solution Manager, and Quality Center. Identify the impact of any relevant statutory, internal, or external regulations on the organization's use of information. Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives of assignment. Define authority and responsibility for a significant area of work, including technical and quality aspects. Accountable for the accuracy of the fit of the proposed solution to the business needs and the information upon which the business justification and prioritization decisions are made.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Electronic Engineering or a highly related field of study with at least six (6) years or related experience in the following: (i) identifying IT capabilities and information required to support the business processes and collaborating in the development of appropriate solution for SAP S4 HANA implementation, SAP Concur implementation and SAP upgrade programs utilizing automation testing tools such as Tricentis TOSCA, Selenium, and employing agile/waterfall methodology; (ii) developing technology strategies that meet the requirements of the business (e.g., automation); (iii) automated testing platforms such as Tricentis TOSCA (Certified), CBTA, SAP TAO and Worksoft Certify; and (iv) testing tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, MicroFocus ALM, Version One, SAP Solution Manager, and Quality Center. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
