Job Description
Our premier manufacturing client is seeking a Production Assembly Worker to join their team in Lawrenceville, IL . If this sounds like the right fit for you, read on and apply!
As a Production Assembly Worker, you will :
+ Assembly automobile seats, seatbelts and doors in a production environment
+ Follow established processes to ensure efficient and consistent work product
+ Maintain quality standards
+ Thrive as a valued team member!
Starting Pay Rate:
+ Day Shift – $16.25 per hour (6:30 am – 3:15 pm)
+ Night Shift – $17.75 per hour (7:15 pm – 4:00 am)
+ Plus pay increases for perfect attendance and tenure, up to $19.00/hour
Requirements:
+ 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred, but paid training is provided
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Good verbal and written English communication skills
+ Ability to walk, stand, bend, and stoop through 8+ hour shift
+ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
