Job Summary

Responsible for synthesizing complex data sets to generate recommendations for Walgreens Property, StoreCare, and EnergyCare leadership. Works with limited supervision and exercises professional judgment when selecting methods to obtain solutions. Analyzes and reports on the impact of past, present, or proposed actions. Welcomes change and optimizes the user experience for all reporting audiences. Consults with business leaders, IT professionals, and Walgreens consultants to execute data analytics initiatives. Shares best practices with fellow analysts and consults with end users to solve technical data analytics challenges.

Job Responsibilities

+ Manages the end to end deployment of store care programs (interior/exterior maintenance orenergy programs) that are aligned with Company strategies, budgets, and expectations, among keystakeholders, including:

+ Individuals, departments, and divisions within the organization

+ Service providers, vendors, and/or contractors

+ Manufacturers and/or suppliers

+ Provides daily support of store care programs to ensure efficient and compliant delivery of services.

+ Coordinates Asset Management team members (including corporate and field based personnel) andexternal vendor (CBRE) to consistently deliver store care programs as specified.

+ Proactively identifies any issues between a store and the vendor and work s to bring resolution.

+ Spearheads projects specifically focused on the proactive management of the Company’s assets(stores, equipment, etc.) and/or utilities/energy consumption and alternative energy resources . Inaddition, provides a high-level of customer service by responding to correspondence in a timely andprofessional manner.

+ Assists with developing and implementing store care or energy program strategies to meetCustomer needs.

+ Develops and assesses benchmarking metrics to measure store care performance or energy consumption, and uses the metrics to analyze program success.

External Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree OR High School diploma /GED and at least 3 years of experience responding to customer inquiries and/or resolving customer issues.

+ Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

+ Experience communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams and strategic business partners in a matrix organization.

+ Experience working with more than one work stream simultaneously, as well as collaborating with others on the successful implementation of a key project, initiative, rollout, etc.

+ Experience identifying operational issues, recommending, and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

+ Knowledge of reporting, forecasting and financial analysis.

+ Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table and VLookup, etc.).

+ Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: changing picture styles, customizing animation and/or setting automatic slide timings).

+ Advanced level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: adding developer tab, creating a macro, formatting table style, inserting comments and/or creating a mail merge).

Preferred Qualifications:

+ BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain, Statistic, Applied Analytics, or Business related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a supply chain or business.

+ Experience in the utilities and/or energy industry, including energy management, utilities service programs, and/or alternative energy.

+ Experience with facilities/asset management and/or maintenance programs.

+ Experience in the utilities and/or energy industry, including energy management, utilities service programs, and/or alternative energy.

+ Proficient with Data Warehouse tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, SAS, and/or Databricks to perform data modelling, create visualizations, and provide insightful reporting.

+ Experience with SQL queries and logic.
