Job Description
IT’S MORE THAN A JOB, IT'S A PURPOSE
Summary:
- Provides direct care to youth in program while providing supportive supervision, guidance, and role modeling for the participants in the milieu.
- Monitor and engage youth throughout day during daily activities
- Able to complete intake and program orientation for participants to the facility in a way that promotes safety and security
- Develop and lead activities for the children that provide engagement and education about vocational skills, acculturation to the United States, and other important competencies.
- Contribute to general organization and upkeep of the facility.
- Ability to work with short deadlines and frequently changing priorities.
- Responsible for timely and accurate documentation
- Flexible to work at other program facilities as needed.
- Must be flexible to drive participant if approved/cleared
