Job Description
Capgemini America, Inc. (Sogeti division) seeks Director (Technical Project Manager), multiple positions, various levels. Duties: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Define technical solution architecture, design solutions, develop, test & drive implementation of Business Intelligence & software applications; develop strategic roadmaps, and facilitate the delivery of BI, analytics and technology solutions using design thinking and agile delivery methods; create business value, ensuring work delivered aligns with strategic objectives - improve compliance, reduce cost, increase productivity and drive revenue. Lead the team to deliver crisp design and visualizations, reporting, storytelling and insights by leveraging BI design standards and methodologies. Utilize experience with BI Solution Design using design methodologies and Design patterns: Large Scale Data Warehouse and Enterprise data design patterns and methodologies; Requirements analysis, Risk management, Project management, Communication management using standard project management knowledge and methodologies; Agile, DevOps and Waterfall SDLCs using Scrum, CI/CD and traditional waterfall software development life cycles; BI ETL tools: SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, PL/SQL; Micrsoft Azure BI Stack: Azure Data factory, Azure event hub, Azure Stream analytics, Azure cognitive services and BOT development (LUIS Engine); Advanced Analytics Languages: R programming or Python; Big Data techology: Hadoop, HD insights, COSMOS, Azure Data Lake, USQL; Reporting and Visualization technologies: SSRS, Power BI, Excel reports; OLAP tools and languages: SSAS, MDX, DAX; Data Science and Machine Learning: Azure Machine learning.
