The Opportunity

In this role, you will be a key member of the ServiceNow team and have the opportunity to:

+ Be empowered to work independently maturing the products under our Security umbrella. The products are SecOps, IRM and VRM, but overtime as we mature this area this role may have the opportunities to take ownership of other areas of ServiceNow.

+ Develop a strong understanding between the needs of the stakeholders and how the security applications will support those needs

+ Be responsible for creating a high-level roadmap and working with technical partners.

+ Partner with development resources to develop a solution and complete testing on development work. You will also provide support to stakeholders by identifying their needs and aligning the growth of IRM, VRM, SecOps and related functions with their strategic needs.

+ Further grow in your experience with the following ServiceNow areas: Discovery, Service Mapping, Service Graph Connectors, Event Management

As part of BV Business Enablement , you will be part of the critical and forward-thinking group that enables our people, projects, and businesses to be as successful as possible by providing creative solutions. Functions in this group include CIO/Global Information Technology, Diode, ESH&S, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, and Government Affairs and Real Estate and Building Services.

Key Responsibilities

+ Possesses unique experience and expert knowledge in highly specialized technical, functional, and/or process areas

+ Applies best industry practices and standards, leading-edge technology, and innovative solutions to complex problems

+ Works directly with clients to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts and develops comprehensive solutions to complex problems

+ Defines key strategies for planning, deployment, integration, operation and/or enhancement of next generation and/or legacy systems

+ Develops insightful solutions to meet technological and schedule constraints

+ Provides guidance and training to others on new and existing systems and technologies

+ Develops and implements business plans for new offerings that provide a competitive advantage

+ Establishes presence and cultivates an active network of relationships in key technologies that support corporate strategies

+ Keeps abreast of important trends in the industry and evaluates their impact to the company

+ Works with Sales and Project Management in identifying task and schedule requirements

+ Performs specific aspects of assigned projects

Management Responsibilities

Acts in capacity of a “lead person.” Does not have management responsibility for the people to whom they provide work direction.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience managing a any mix of either VRM, IRM or SecOps.

+ Experience with IT Security Operations, Policy Management or Audit Management.

+ ServiceNow Fundamentals certification

+ SecOps Practitioner certification

+ IRM Practitioner certification

+ Knowledge of the CSDM

+ Experience as a security engineer or architect

+ Experience in EPC industry

+ Three or more years working with any mix of SecOps, IRM or VRM

+ Two years creating roadmaps

Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelors degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent work experience

+ In addition to the education requirements, ten years related experience

+ All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
