CTG is seeking a Remote Epic Cadence Analyst for our team!

Project Duration: 7 months

Project Location: Remote (GA)

Job Title: Cadence Analyst

Description: Full-time

Job Summary:

• Initial engagement will include providing Epic application support (work tickets, service/change request, routine maintenance), while client focuses on strategic initiatives

• Knowledge transfer will be performed remotely

• Documentation of responsibilities, How To’s and any requirements of the role on this project are already prepared and available to provide detailed expectations and support knowledge transfer activities

• It is expected that this documentation will be maintained through the life of the engagement

• Position is fully remote

• Normal business hours Monday – Friday 8a-5p ET, no after hours on call support

Requirements:

• Epic Cadence Certification required along with prior consulting experience supporting large Epic environments

• Type of Tasks:

o Ticket Queue Management

o Work on access tickets

o Ensure tickets come from manager or higher

o Assist End users to cancel, reschedule, and remove scheduling errors

o Coordinate provider scheduling issues with the SER team when needed

o Work on scheduling rights and template blocks

o New Department Build as they come in and are assigned

o Testing for new departments as assigned
