Description
We’re looking for aMedical Records Clerk, working inHealthcare Systems and Servicesindustry inChicago, Illinois, United States.
+ Puts charts together in an orderly fashion.
+ Ensures correct op-notes, pre-op and post-op orders, anesthesia orders are in surgical charts.
+ Completes any requests for changes or new information to already scheduled surgeries.
+ Makes sure all surgical paperwork reflects any changes.
+ Assists in locating patient charts as requested by nurses, PAT, or anesthesia.

Experience Required for Your Success
+ High school diploma or any equivalent is required
+ 1 year experience as a Medical Records Clerk
+ Knowledge with the EMR system
+ Computer literate
+ Ability to navigate Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
+ Excellent attention to detail
