Deere & Company is seeking a Senior Software System Engineer in Moline, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 5 years related experience. Required skills: Develop and Test Embedded software using Model-based software development (MBSD) in MATLAB/Simulink, or software development in C, C++, PYTHON (5 yrs); Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution of complex technical issues using Communication protocols, Signal analyzers and software debugging or development tools like Visual Studio (5 yrs); Export software architecture from PREEVision and develop next layer of application code in MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow (1 yr, 6 mos); Develop high level software requirements from system specifications in requirement management tools like (PREEVision or Similar tools like Doors) (5 yrs). 100% remote position. Can live anywhere in the U.S. 10% travel required.
