Job Description
Sr. Managers for Chicago, IL location. Manage and support IT team for software application solutions, including Agile DevOps teams. Perform architecture implementation for multiple salesforce projects. Mentor, lead and build Agile teams to develop back-end software and data applications and services to drive and support software operating platforms. Perform software development, data migration and integration using ETL tools programming, design and architecture on Salesforce cloud (sales & service, experience/community, Einstein AI). Shape vision of software platform, interaction with backend systems. Define the software operating model and grow the team. Evaluate opportunities to enhance global operations. Manage capacity and plan for optimization and expansion of analytics environments. Manage IT teams and guide team members. Technical environment: Salesforce, Agile DevOps, ETL tools (informatica/talend), Odaseva Data backup, restore, archival tools; APIs; Salesforce Object Oriented Development in SOQL, Apex, Triggers coding framework pattern, Visualforce, Lightning component, HTML, XML, JavaScript, SOAP/REST-based web services; Salesforce AppExchange products (DocuSign cloud, computer telephony integration and Box content document management cloud); Enterprise Copado, agile DevOps for salesforce CI/CD release management development lifecycle; oauth/SAML identify security domain. 37.5hrs/wk
