This role will lead the consolidated finance support for the Cross Enterprise Strategic Innovation organization. Responsibilities will require cultivating and managing business partnerships, operations support (membership based and metrics driven staffing models), FP&A functions (Budgeting & Forecasting, Expense Management, Month Close & Reporting), and supporting the broader team. Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills and communication skills are crucial to drive discussions for constructing budgets, explaining results and identifying opportunities for improvement. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is needed along with experience with Aetna Finance systems and processes.-Drive end-to-end Finance support of consolidations for Clinical Operations units including providing measurable insights and recommendations into operating plans. Deliverables include the consolidated view and ownership of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly results with an overarching objective of thoughtful review using judgement and discretion in order to inform division executives in an anticipatory manner-Establish program optimization framework and insights to drive additional effectiveness in workforce management including full integration of business line needs in accordance with the division’s overall strategic priorities-Lead development and collaboration with key business partners on additional analytical tools and dashboards to provide early insights into potential outcomes and savings, identify potential opportunities, and to better enable informed operational decision making-Develop SME level understanding of ongoing cost saving initiatives through tracking, reporting and ultimately identifying and implementing new/creative opportunities-Support the broader team with PowerPoint presentation development with a focus on clear concise messaging, opportunity identification and tactical implementation

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 75,400

Maximum: 162,700

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

-7+ years of experience in Excel and PowerPoint, specifically Pivot Tables, V-look ups, and index’s -7+ years of experience with data manipulation and visualization tools/software

Preferred Qualifications

-Programming (SAS, etc.)-Health care finance experience-Advanced degree in Business and/or FSA/CPA/ASA-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Strongly Aetna financial systems

Education

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
